My tub drains slow or won't drain in the winter

Might be your pipes don't have sufficient insulation and are freezing due to the cold weather?

Did this happen last year too, how about the year before that? You trap would have to freeze and the trap is not near an outside wall. Do you have a basement or a crawl under the tub?
