Hi,I need advice asap! I am African, have been married for four years and been living in the uk for three,my marriage broke down and I moved out of my marital home and my husband sent my passport to the home office 'evidence and enquiry unit'out of anger that I had left him in April 2010 unbenounced to me.When I realised this was the case he told me to write letters to them explaining my situation and I have written endless letters to them but I haven't heard anything from them.Myand has written to them as well but nothing.I am frustrated as I can't get work without my passport and I do not live with him anymore.Ah an idea as to what is happening please help.Your advice would be highly apreciated.Myxpires in a year from now.
