I was excepted for a loan upon which a fee off £110.00 was required as first months payment I was told once the fee was paid the loan would be in my account within 20mins before the 20mins I received a phone call to say that in order to get the loan I would have to pay a further £220.00 in taxs that they would refund with the loan one £220.00 has been paid I have never heard of this before and when asked to speak to management I was told that I couldn't as the management do not answer the phones? I'm so upset and I don't know what to do as they have the £110.00 and I have no loan... PLEASE PLEASE ADVISE

Sounds like you have been well and truly SCAMMED.
NO legitimate business will ask for an up front fee, unless they are a broker.
Even a broker only asks for £50-60 to set up the loan.

So, next course of action.
Send them a letter (recorded) demanding the return of the fee within 14 days.
If they decline, or ignore you then file a small claim for the fee to be returned.
