Our snowblower (boughtfrom Sears a few years ago) is not feeding the fuel from the tank to the carburetor. Also the primer pump bulb is not functioning. Any suggestions? Thank you.

Here's a start-Stuck float, broken, collapsed or restricted fuel line, dirt in needle valve, fuel shut off valve closed?(if equipped)

You need to check out the fuel system by process of elimination. Pull the fuel line off the carburetor. With the fuel valve open fuel should flow from the hose. If it doesn't, you have a restriction in the tank fitting, hose or shut-off valve... correct accordingly. If it does flow, then your problem is in the carburetor... probably s stuck float needle valve. Needs to be disassembled and cleaned out.

Primer bulb is not functioning probably because you have a leak in the system which is common. Probably a break or crack in the hose that goes from the primer bulb to the carburetor. Sometimes the primer bulb itself gets a hole in it and fails
