I saw a film like 10-15 year ago the story about a young boy going home a (Eskimo) to A ICE ice Glaser in the north sea (Canada I think ) and find himself in a impossible situation that two new-clear submarine USA and USSR has fired each other under the ice and radiation leak this biy die end of the film can any one tell me the name of that film :)
