Your guess is as good as mine. Possibly if I had the painting here I could identify with modification, but sorry, no. It looks qute french, if original, late eighteenth century. That is all I can give you for what is shown here. Bare in mind, in the late eighteen century, every person in the gentry (because Queen Victoria painted quite good actually) painted just about anything.
