I've got a Concord 80 that is showing 3 blinks on the smart valve. The documentation shows this to be a Pressure switch open, should be closed condition. I've checked and the initial spin up takes place on the draft motor, vacuum is actualting the pressure switch bladder.

I've also checked voltage on the pressure switch terminals and they're showing 14.5 volts ac. From the schematic, it looks as though voltage should be coming out of the smart switch, to the pressure switch, to two limit switched and back to the smart valve.

I've disconnected the wiring from the pressure switch and checked voltage on both leads and it's reading 14.5. I'm thinking that the smart valve has failed or am I missing something?
