Did you have sex with an entire football team and their opponents, that you don't have ANY idea who the father was?

Or was this rape, and you have the police report on the rape to back you up?

Your partner needs to be your SPOUSE in most states. And a couple of states do not allow same sex couples to adopt, so if that is your situation, we need to know what state you are in.

We also need the circumstances under which you do not have a clue who the father is. If you CAN narrow it down to a few people, then you will have to establish paternity among those few people before proceeding with the adoption process.
