Are we to assume this is vinyl flooring instead of wood? For regluing the floors, I use Wilsonart 600. It is flammable so extra precaution is needed. This is a contact adhesive so correct placement is critical. Lift the loose flooring and make sure there is no dirt on the surface. Apply a thin coat of adhesive on the floor and on the laminate. Keep them apart until the adhesive is dry and does not stick to your finger, 15 minutes or so. Relay the floor and lightly pound it with a rubber mallet. READ ALL OF THE PRECAUTIONS BEFORE USING THIS PRODUCT.
