Kenmore dishwasher 665.1603 Ultra Wash. Clean light flashes 7 times. Dishes washed but not dry. Repair man ran diagnostics without definitive results. Suggested the incoming water may not be hot enough and to run water from tap before starting dishwasher. Same no-drying result. Any suggestions? Thanks for your help.
