Most times when you post, many forums will have what are called stickies at the top. You can't help attraction. It really has nothing to do with sexual orientation.

So, is it normal to be attracted to a friend? Yes.

Is it something you should pursue? At your age, I'd say no.

Now and throughout your life, you are going to be attracted to many people of either gender -- your Uncle Bob, your friend Suzy, your best friend's father, your choir director, your math teacher. As Alty said, this attraction is healthy and normal and to be expected. Acting on it sexually is an entirely different matter, and right now, you are too young to be thinking about acting on sexual feelings. Right now, your job is to get to know people -- LOTS of people your age and older, so you can learn who they are and how they act/react.
