In 06 I filed bankrupt. I never reafirmed with greentree but have made my payments on time until I lost my job. I am current on my land payments they call several times a day trieing to collect on a debt. That I filed bankrupt on sometimes they call and hang up without saying anything. What can I do to stop the repo. Can I file a lien against the mobilhome? And charge them storage being they consider it like a motor vehicle.I am current on the land payments witch is threw a different lender.

You can turn the home over to them, or you can catch the payment up.

You may discuss with the bankruptcy attorney why the mobile home was not sold by the bankruptcy court if it was included, it may not have been included or it may have be reafirmed and you were not aware.

If you continued to pay them after filing bankruptcy that also effected the way it was treated.
