What are your chances of having a "normal" pregnancy after having 2 ectopic pregnancies? I had a normal Hystosalpingogram after the first (left side) pregnancy and was told that I had a good chance of having a normal pregnancy, Just got pregnant in November and had similar symptoms so I went to the ER and they diagnosed an ectopic, this time on the right side. Treated successfully with methotrexate the first time, waiting to see if methotrexate is successful this time also.

Hopefully if you got treated successfully last time it will do the same this time. The best person to discuss your future chances with is your doctor as they will know your body better than us second guessing. But good luck hun my thoughts are with you
