I went with 2 other friends of mine and we all got the piercing but I got it lower down rather than the top of the ear. It seemed fine and after 2 months I changed the bar, then I noticed that I had a bump going round the back of the bar. After a few weeks it was slowly getting bigger( it wasn't sore but I was worried as no one else had this problem) after going back to the piercing salon where I got it down they said it was just a build up of salt, then the doctor said it had rejected (it was my skin trying to re-heal itself) and I should take it out. I took the doctors advice and now the ear has healed I BADLY want a new piercing. Preferbly the same place but on the other ear. Will this mean that I have a higher chance of the piercing rejecting? Thanks
