If my mother got the Greek Citizenship by her second marriage after she divorced my father, and I was only 2 years old then, am I eligible for the Greek Citizenship, now that I am adult ?

Good question.
Do you know if your mother became a Greek citizen by marriage [i.e. per article 4 of the Code of Greek Citizenship law 3370/1955 before it was amended in 1983] or actually by naturalization [i.e. did she give the oath of naturalization into Greek citizenship]?
If she just got citizenship by marriage, then any children born prior to the date of the wedding are not Greek citizens.
If she naturalized into Greek citizenship when she had a minor child, then you would become a citizen as of the day that she took the oath [per article 10 of the code of Greek citizenship law 3370/1955]
You can find out exactly how your mother received Greek citizenship by asking her to get a Certificate of Family Status [Pistopoihtiko Oikogeneiakhs Katastasis] from the Municipality where she is registered in Greece. One of the line items on that certificate will clearly state how she received her Citizenship.
Good luck!
