I know you are unable to do use the search on top the screen or you would know you can't simply give or sell children away with a signature. This gets asked several times a week and gets answered several times a week, and the answer never ever changes.

Kids are not property and you are stuck with them until you or they die unless the court interviens. And that means paying child support until then. And the court RARELY ever grants it. And usually its for the child's safety, not a parents conienience.

Don't believe me?. go to your local courthouse and ask them. They will tell you the same thing.

Its usually guys trying to avoid paying the child support they owe that usually ask this question.

I thnik we need more details here. Are you the custodial parent? Are you talking about giving your child up for adoption? Is there another parent that wants to take the chlid.

We need to know the situation and WHY you want to give up your rights. Also, I cannot tell if you are mom or dad?

How do you sign over your rights?

Have adoptive parents who are willing to adopt the child, or have the child's OTHER biological parent re-marry and their new spouse wants to adopt.

Otherwise, you need to take responsibility for your child and forget about just handing your child over like an old sweatshirt.

There are many here that are willing to help but we need to know more about the issues. IS this a new born baby that you wish just to give up for adoption,

Do you have custody of the child

Where is the other parent in this.

Even where do you live
