He's 18+ and an adult; you are a minor. He can be charged as an adult for risk of injury to a minor (drinking, just about any risky behavior) and statutory rape, for any sexual encounter whether consensual or not. A lot will depend on what the adult(s) in charge of you think. There's no laws that cover seeing each other and dating.

So of course there will be no drinking at places you go on dates, no drinking parties, in some US states, you can not have sex.

Your parents will have to be OK with it. ( dating)
