I keep having this re occurring dream that I can't wake up from, I'm walking, slowly at first, silently up a long white corridor, it has white walls, a white floor and no windows except for one at the end and I'm walking so slowly until I reach it and I look through the window and there's a chair there, just a chair and one of those sand timer thingys so I open the window and climb through, and as I'm inside it all changes what I'm wearing and everything, like I won't be wearing my fav jeans anymore but a hospital gown and my hair won't be tied up it'll be hanging down at my waist, anyway ill start crying for no apparent reason, and I'm back when I was a child and this mans there and he's being so horrible to me, (life experience I'm not going into) and then I run away and I'm growing up again and then I'm at a bridge and I walk to it and look down and the waters red, and I jump in and am drowning xx and no matter how hard I try to wake myself up I can't until I die in the dream, and my friends tried recently and they all freaked out because I wouldn't wake up, its worrying me that badly that I've stopped sleeping and eating and everything else... the most worrying part is that I fell asleep on a train the other day, and when I woke up id missed my stop, and there was blood coming from my mouth.. any ideas?

That sounds pretty scary. Have you tried changing the dream? Going to the room and walking back down the hallway. I remember having a dream where this person would come and beat me up. I told him that's its my dream and I can do whatever I want. So instead of him beating me up, I beat him up. I know its really hard to do, but in your dream just stop and think of something you love or something dumb. Like,for instance, unicorns! There's nothing bad about them.
