I have asked my husband to move out as the marriage is not working and we row continually. I bought the house we live in with my ex and when he died the property became mine. My husband does not work and has never contributed to any expenses in the home and I can no longer afford to keep him. All my money goes on paying bills, I never have any money for myself to buy clothes or have my hair done. I have paid for his car tax and insurance, his food, in fact everything and I just cannot continue with this. How can I get him out?

Where do you live... in some states the house would be considered community property because you are married after a certain period..
