M cramp were awful the first day and some of the second. The other two days was light cramping. I have been having to pee quite a bit and I have noticed my breat has got larger... If you had sex, especially unprotected sex, you could be pregnant. How did you determine that you ovulated on the 6th? Was the period you had on the 19th through the 22nd at the time you expected your period? The bleeding may be due to early pregnancy, or it may have just been an off period.

You'll really need to wait until when you expect your next period and see what happens. You could try a pregnancy test designed to give you results a few days prior to your expected period, but they tend to be more accurate when you are actually late for a period.

I will assume you are trying to get pregnant? Since you were tracking your ovulation ? But yes unprotected sex gives it a much higher chance of being pregnant.

It's possible that you are pregnant. However it's too early to tell right now. You will have to wait to see if you miss that period in January. If so, be sure to test using first morning urine.

Are you trying to conceive?

Oh, is that all? :p

Be patient. It takes most couples up to a year or more of actively trying before conceiving.

For now, start taking prenatal vitamins and treat yourself as if you are pregnant.

Now why should I take the prenatel vitamins? And treat myself like I am pregnant?

Prenatal vitamins contain folic acid. This is needed very early in pregnancy to prevent neural tube defects such a spina bifida. This can occur even before a woman knows that she is pregnant, so it's imperative to have enough folic acid in your system during child bearing years.

Treat yourself as if you are already pregnant means that you are laying a healthy foundation when you conceive if you haven't already.

No smoking, drugs or alcohol. Get plenty of rest and eat healthy.

Okay well so far I have not took any thin for the trying to get pregnant.. People make it out like it's so easy to get pregnant but truly it not. It starting to become more of a job. If I don't take the vitamins now do I have a high chance of losing if I am pregnant. Because it has only been a week. You need to wait at least a month then take a test

As J9 said, it can take the average couple over a year to conceive. You've only been actively trying for 2 months. Patience, you'll get there.

Not taking the prenatal vitamins won't make you miscarry, it's the health of the baby that's the concern. Prenatal vitamins are very important for proper development. When my husband and I decided to try for our first child my doctor put me on folic acid immediately, so that when I conceived it would already be present.

Prenatal vitamins aren't harmful to you at all, even if you aren't pregnant, so there's no reason not to take them now, even if didn't get pregnant this try.

Wait until your scheduled period is past due. If you don't have your period, try an hpt using first morning urine, or see your doctor for a blood test. It could be that you just had an off month and your period came early. It happens to all of us. This is a stressful time of year, add to that the fact that you seem to be stressed because you haven't yet conceived, and it's very possible that this was just an off month.

The rest, well, it's wait and see, like everyone else.
