I had to have my disk reformatted and reload Win95 due to a disk failure. Now I can no longer view windows as a web page or drag items to the task bar. I think I downloaded the program for these features from the the MS download site, but I can't find it now, and don't remember what it was called. I would appreciate any help anyone can give me.

What you need to fix this is to get and Install Internet Explorer version 4.0

After 95 is installed you have version 3.x only

If you installed 5.x then you messed up.

VErsion 4 installs wha tis called ACTIVE DESKTOP and that is what you need.
Once you get this then it will be as it was before.
Then after this you can install the newer IE shell from 5.x or 6.x
