My husband was just paroled from the DOC but he has detainer warrants from FTA's on fines that he could no longer pay due to going back to prison. Is there any way to get those removed?

FTA is for failure to appear, so the warrant is not for not paying it is not for not going to court when ordered,

He will need to appear before that court, his attorney could make arrangements, it is surprising that he was not just transferred to jail from prison on the warrant
