Haha! When my Nikki really needs to poop, she'll do both at the same time. All though I don't believe it's on purpose! She goes directly from a squat to hunchback as soon as she finishes peeing.

I've had dogs that have done it. Just recently on a walk our beagle lifted his leg to pee and pooed at the same time.
It can happen, just like it can happen with humans.
When you got to go, you got to go. ;)
