Every time I go to open the camera it says; could not start the camera. Close other applications and try opening the camera again. So I tried ''closing some apps'' not really knowing how to cause I've never been asked to close anything before.
So I tried taking the battery out resetting the phone and it still did it. When I try the video camera it opens up and closes going back to home screen again. Please help.

Make sure it's fully updated.
This can be checked by plugging it into your computer and using the phone manager software.

Blackberry Desktop Manager is free and can be used to update or reinstall OS'. Java Command Loader is also a useful tool to reset OS' on Blackberries.

***Before wiping OS and reinstalling try every other possible solution. This is a last resort and should only be done with full knowledge of what is taking place and the programs you're using. This is simply a last resort option and I suggest you try updating or restoring before reinstalling!
