My husband is over seas right now, and we decided I should live with a girl I knew from high school, her husband and her husband's friend. All the men in this house, are in the army, at first it was all good. Until a few weeks into the lease, they started having me drive the couple, EVERYWHERE. Then finding out the other girl is trying to cheat and is stealing from her husband, I can't stand it. They smoke to much, drink to much and party too; I can't sleep ever anymore due to them, the music is so loud it is shaking things on my walls half the time. Their friends are always over,a and no one cleans besides me. Is there anyway I can get out of the lease without paying the break lease fee? Me, the couple and the friend on the lease.

You are obligated to them, unless the other parties will all agree to let you out of the lease.

If you move, the other parties can sue you for your share of the rent.

Have you merely asked them to let you out

What do you mean - they can't force you to drive anyone anywhere.
Tell them you won't anymore. Tell them they have to help clean. Tell them you want all quiet and no friends there from 11 pm on. Tell them otherwise you are planning to leave and to find a replacement.

Pay the fee if they don't get their act together, or if you can't find someone like them to take your place.

You could also maybe even get the leaser into the problem and get them to help you out if it gets bad enough. Do what you have to do and stop cleaning as well.
