I won a judgment in small claims court. The debtor paid a small portion then stopped. I've considered different avenues of trying to obtain the remaining portion of the judgment. Is it possible to have someone's drivers license suspended for failure to pay a small claims judgment in Pennsylvania. If so, what forms should I complete and what procedures do I need to follow?
Thank you.

Not paying a civil judgment is not going to mean taking away a person's driver's license. YOu'll have to think of another way to collect. Have you considered getting a garnishment of wages order if you know where they work?

The only way this can be done, is if the judgement deals with a auto accident where they were at fault in the wreck and did not pay for your damages. But normally this is done even without a judgement
