It has been passed twenty four hours... I lend my friend key to my car to have it returned within 2hours, it has been over 24hrs. What charges can I press?

You can report the car stolen. However, if he's arrested and shows that he has the keys he might be able to sue you.

Have you tried contacting the "friend"?

You will have to show you tried to get it back, that he was notified to return it. Each state has its own laws, as to how this effects. Often this type of theft has lesser penalties, since they got possession legally,

Also if you know where the car is, just go get it, assuming their name is not on the title

You could report the car taken without your permission.
