I turned the knob to pots and pans and it will not turn on so I tried all cycles and all settings and nothing turns it on.

Any lights or other indicators of power? Have you checked your fuse box or circuit panel? How old is it?

I am thinking it is about 9 yrs old. Other items on circuit are on so the breaker didn't switch.
