It isn't quite possible for a bowel movement to fall out of your 'virgina'. You may have lupus, you have been diagnosed with lupus? There are actually four types of lupus, lupus being an autoimmune disease, and this could possibly be why your right leg is discoloured.

Have you actually been to the doctor ?

If you think you intestines are falling out, then yes, I think you should see your doctor. However, you didn't ask about the doctor in your original post.

If you were diagnosed with lupus, you bad better realize it now, before its too late. What do you mean, you are in denial ? You don't think it is serious enough to bother with? It is an autoimmune disease my dear, that is serious enough in my books.

If you do not like the answers you get, i.e. the one I left you that you did not find helpful, then don't bother coming back and asking questions... joyvigeant does not find this helpful : wanted to know if i should see a doctor or not

If you have been diagnosed with lupus, then the answer to your question is YES you should see you doctor. Lupus patients must be watched, any unusual changes, i.e. pain, body functions, etc. should be told to your doctor. Lupus of all kinds can be very challenging to treat, you must stay on top of your symptoms and work with your doctor closely.

As for your denial, everyone goes through that when they are first diagnosed with a lifelong disease, it is normal. However, that being said, you can be in denial but you MUST keep going to your doctor and following his advice. Another suggestion I would had is that perhaps you should look into a healthy, nutritious diet, juicing is a very good way to get your vitamins and minerals quickly. Your body must have good nutrition in order to take care of itself and for you to stay at your maximum health level.

Good Luck and remember to never give up or give in to any disease.
