I even have proof from a judge stating that there is someone out there with the same name as my boyfriend & is getting unemplyment benefits using my bf's s.s#.FL F.S will not accept the letter from the judge. They want a letter from unemployment stating he's not getting benefits.Problem is,we can't get that because this other person with the same name is using my bf's social. What's going to happen? I need my f.s.Then I said fine take him off & they said then that would be fraud? WTH? I have a letter from a judge prooving someone is using his s.s#.He can move in with his son just so I can get my f.s but then they want to accuse me of fraud when we're the victims? Any suggestions? I am disabled and get 1157 a mo only.He is unemployed. No assets.

Did your boyfriend ever go in person to Unemployment and present them with the Judge's letter and a copy of the police report so that they can stop sending UE benefits to the wrong person? Phone calls don't work with those people EVER. He may have to spend a few minutes on the road to go to the nearest Unemployment Center that has real people in it.

The more I thought about your bf's unemployment benefits being claimed by another person the more suspicious I became of your post. Now a days all unemployment benefits are paid directly into a person's bank account or put onto some kind of credit card from the state. It should be relatively easy for your boyfriend to stop the unemployment benefits from being collected by another person if in fact he did have his identity stolen as you claim. I'm not really buying the "his UE benefits are being collected by another person". Sorry.

And as for the food stamps fraud... can't help you there if fs says that he gets UE benefits. I guess you'll just have to somehow get a job.

If you have kids then you are entitled to food stamps and a monthly welfare check for them. But if you are single and no kids then basically the county owes you zip if they say that you can't get food stamps as you supposedly have too much household income.
