Write a letter to the judge and ask him to consider your letter to be a motion... Tell him WHY you should be released early. Why you WANT or NEED to be released early probably isn't a good enough reason. Send copies of your letter to your PO and to the prosecutor. Send your letter certified, return receipt requested.

Where you licensed by the dental board and they took your dental license away ? And you want to address the board ?

Early termination of probation is not suitable for me, I think, since I am appealing in appellate court of CA.
