My boyfriend died a week ago.the same day I felt something holding/touching me from behind while standing in the kitchen.it was n warm feeling,it did"nt feel cold or gave me a fright.could it be my dead boyfriend trying to make contact?

It's possible, but it may just be a figment of your imagination brought on because you miss him so much.
