Legally speaking, yes. Technically, you will be having sex with a minor, which is illegal and justifies punishment towards you. However, though it probably isn't in my place to say, being sexually active to start a relationship is not the best way to maintain the relationship. If the two of you break up after just one incident where you are legal and he isn't, his parents are free to press charges against you.

ANY question on law needs to include your general locale as laws vary by area.
The age of consent in most areas is 16, but there is often an age gap issue. So its hard to answer the legal issues without knowing where you are.
Its is certainly possible that you could be charged with statutory rape.
That's the legal issue. I have my doubts that his mom consents to this and what about the father? It would be a poor mom that would allow her 15 yr old son to become sexually active with a 17 yr old, especially one that jumps into sex at the beginning of a relationship.
In my opinion you need some counseling. You appear to have self esteem issues that would make you have a romantic relationship with a younger boy. I would also suspect that the relationship is based on your giving him sex and little else.

At 15 yes it is illegal, and their mom can not give permission for you to commit rape.

r mom can not give permission for you to commit rape.
This is a good point. If the mother is knowingly allowing her son to have a sexual relationship at 15, then she can be brought up on various charges that could result in her son being removed from her care. Another reason I don't believe the mother is consenting.
