Looking for a movie from the 90s were this teenage girl is telling the story as the movie goes again about how odd her family is.her parents are not together but they go to a vacation house for the summer and the dad invited his girlfriend. There's a little girl w red curly hair and in one part she blows a kiss to someone and goes muahhhhhhh.super cute. It's a comedy family movie and I don't remember what its called.in one part of the movie the girlfriend and the wife are sitting on the dock on the lake talking.
