Hello everyone as you can tell by the question I have a mini Australian shep. He is about two and a half and I have had him ever since he was about 18 months. He has had his first set of shots and I gave him the deworm pills from petsmart. I feed him twice a day mostly dry food sometimes wet. He barely eats any of the food I give him and when he eats wet food he just throws it up sometimes. He has had pretty bad gas lately and I am worried about him. I try feeding him bits and pieces of human food like fries etc. but the only thing he will eat is meat and cheese. Any pointers?? Thank you!

Stop feeding him human food for starters. Of course he isn't going to want to eat dry dog food when he is being offered cheese and meat. Would you rather eat pizza, or plain rice crackers?

I would take him to the vet for a once-over to ensure there isn't something else going on. A healthy dog will not hold out for long if you offer him just his own food.
