I have a 96 accord 4 cyl 2dr it ran when I parked it then it rained, won't start. I replaced the distributor, coil, main relay and did a complete tune up. K test shows 5.4 volts at the map sensor and I'm getting codes for misfires on the cylinders. The timing is correct and the belt is fine. All fuses are fine. The car turns over great has good spark and fuel but just won't start. Any ideas?

Presuming the CEL comes on and goes off normally, when the ignition switch is turned to ON (Positon II), I'd focus on the distributor. Did you install a genuine Honda distributor housing? Aftermarket housings are junk.

Yes I took it off a running 96 accord 4dr to see if that was the problem. Didn't do any good

Did you only use NGK spark plugs, properly gapped? Did you coat the porcelein portion of the plug with a light coating of silicone grease? Ensure the spring electrode is properly seated on the plug.
