Probably not. This can be snaked from the tub waste and overflow,(see image).
About 18" down you'll run into the return bend of the trap but once past that you should only have 10 or 15 more feet to go. Good luck, Tom

I agree, your supply lines would freeze long before your drain. Follow Tom's advice.
