It's been over a year now when I had this Judgement case and they started to garnish my wages since January 2010 until May 2010 for about 25% of my salary but it stopped since June 2010 because I got laid off from my job. I did not hear anything from this Law Firm until now... I am currently just receiving Unemployment Benefits only for small amount of $263/week not even enough to support mine and my 3 kids' needs. In this case, can they still run after my income now and since I cannot pay them, do they have the right to hold my Income Tax Refund ( if I will be having any) next year? I am divorced since December 2002 but ex-husband did not take my name off on the title of the Mobile Home. Can they also run after the Mobile Home registered to me and my ex-husband's name? How do I know if I have litigation on this? Please help me to find out some answers. I cannot afford to pay an attorney for now. Thank you and God bless!
