Are you trying to send files from your computer in an e-mail? What format are the files? Are you trying to take music off a CD? We need more details.

The best answer I can give to you is to click the attach button in whatever program/web app that you are using, browse to where the file is saved, and click open or attach, then send the e-mail. Without more details, we cannot really help much more.
