I'm 32 years old I was shopping in jc penny in Fairfax VA I bought a dress then I went to try some jewelry I was with my tow kids I was so busy with them I forgot to take the ring and the bracelet of I left the store then the security grad stopped me he told me that they have a video for me when I took them it was 33 dollars worth ,I didn't intend to take them what to do now I have clean record never got in trouble with police ,what will happen to me in first time in the court /pleas help me

I would send a letter to store manager apologising and ask them to call you to see if the ban can be lifted. If not hen keepout of that shop for a while.
