Okay, I am on birth control, have been on and off for about 5 years. Within the past two months, my breasts have gotten a full size bigger as well as my nipples growing. Also, during the time I should have my period, I get just a tiny bit of bleeding that lasts for all of an hour or two. I have taken MULTIPLE pregnancy tests, all negative. I feel exhausted, but it could just be that time of year... Any solution to my confusion?

Could be your body responding to the type of birth control you are using... even if it hasn't before. Were any of the pregnancy tests you have taken a blood test? That might be a consideration to rule out pregnancy.
