My dad recently sold a bike to his friend without transferring the papers on his name.thers no registration on the name of other person also.we don't have any proof that my dad sold the bike to him.
The person who buyed the bike dashed a 40 year old person.the bike was not insured.the injured person was admitted to a hospital and he was treated for 2 months.he was discharged from the hospital.
He died after 15 days of discharge at his native.
The postmortem says the cause of death is \"pulmonary and cerebral odema\".
The bike is registered on my dads name and he got a court order by the family of decresed person claming for compensation of 10 lakhs.
