is way better than AMD Athlon 64 X2 5600?

Depends on your budget and application.
You can't just look at the CPU on it's own but need to asses the entire package.

I Just want to know the performance of these cpu's,
Because I have a mobo which has a socket 775
And a mobo which has a AM2
