My daughter is five months old and her father has not bought the first thing for her not so much as a pack of diapers. But my boyfriend pays for everything for her and here soon we will not be able to afford all the necessities that she needs due to us having to move. I have already contacted the child support office here in my town but is he still entitled to pay child support even though he is drawing a ssi check? I am new to this whole thing and would like some help with it. He does not come and see her and he don't even call to check on her. The last phone call that I got from him was over the child support office wanting to take him to court for child support and then he didn't even bother to ask about his daughter. What am I to do?
