I am a father of two young children aged nearly 2 & nearly 4, my ex partner and I split dec last year and we are currently going through court I have steps order etc in place as she is from dublin I'm from northern ireland and we have brought our children up in northern ireland but she was trying to move back to dublin with them! So we are now going through court for custody and residency and social services are involved now and our case worker gave a report saying she can't recommend either or us for full custody as she would be happy either way so she is leaving it to judges decision, just wondering what you think my chances are of keeping my children up here if she gets custody or experiences would help??

If you are awarded joint custody and visitation, then she won't be able to move without court permission if it adversely affects your visitation.
