I can't run outside because of the snow... so how do I loose the weight with the need of weights and the gym? I want to loose it fast, but also easy without pills or dieting harshly! I want to loose the weight! I want the flat abs and to also be muscular. So how do I loose the weight and not be fat without hurting my health?

You take it slowly and remain consistent. Think of how long it took to get where your weight is. No doubt it was a slow process... taking it off will be the same, but as you change your eating and exercise habits, you will find it becomes easier and easier. Not only will you be able to lose the weight, you will be able to keep it off. You will feel better, be healthier, and have more energy.

Find ways to move indoors... buy a jump rope and free weights to use. You can use them as you watch television. If you can afford it, consider a treadmill or other such equipment. However, they only help if you are committed to actually using them!! Sometimes it is best to wait and get into a good routine of regular exercise before investing money into it as it really isn't necessary.

Rent or purchase a few exercise dvds that look fun. Your local library will have some as well. Maybe ones the incorporate dance with exercise if you like music. Look for ones that offer various levels of intensity so that you can start slowly and build up. Perhaps a family member or friend would be interested in joining you. Sometimes having someone you are accountable to can keep you motivated... especially for those times you are considering skipping it "just this once."... :)

Choose healthier food choices and watch portion size. Read food labels... easy things to look for: no more than 3 grams of fat per 100 calories, at least 3 grams of fiber... 5 or more would be even better, 100% whole grain breads, cereals, pastas... not enriched or bleached flour, more protein, less sugar, little or no artificial sweeteners, low (1%) or non-fat milk, plenty of veggies and fruits... the fresher the better. Consider a daily multivitamin until you get a better diet going.

Most meals are likely 2-3 serving sizes and that is what gets many people into trouble. Enjoy the occasional treat if you want, as depriving yourself rarely lasts long, but go for the lower calorie treats, and there are many of them available now. Skinny Cow makes some great ice cream, for example, that are only 100 calories.

Make small goals... doing some sort of exercise during commercials for an entire week for example. Eating two healthy food choices for each not so healthy choice. Cutting out, or way back, on soda and fast food visits if they are frequently seen in your current diet.

The key is to get started and then keep at it. You will likely slip up once in awhile, don't beat yourself up over it, and just get back on track with it. It is not easy to change habits... but as you stick with it, it will get easier.

You don't want much, do you? If losing weight were that easy, no-one would be fat.

As Doula said, you have to do it slowly, and stick with it.

Get your diet in order first. Cut out all the junk food, and the white carbs (sugar, bread, pasta, rice, potatoes). Eat fresh whole foods, and base your diet on oily fish, eggs, meat, lots and lots of green veg, fresh whole fruit (not juice), dairy, nuts, wholegrains. Watch your portion sizes, and don't eat unless you are hungry.

Be active. Walk as much as possible. Climb stairs, ride a bike, dance to loud music. In the gym, do compound lifts like squat, bench press, deadlift. When you are doing cardio, go for it. The fat burning zone is a myth, to burn fat, you have to work hard.

Turn off your television and go to bed early.

You don't do it fast, Fast is not healthy and does not normally last.

And it is not really "easy" you need a good balanced diet and increase your expercise.
