What amp fuse is it and which fuse is it next to.
The fuse you are looking for is the DOME fuse, a 7.5 Amp fuse located in the lower left of the pic.

I believe it's "cig" 15A fuse. Located inside LH fuse panel.

Actually, they both play a role.
Check ALL the fuses with a non-powered test light or multimeter.
Some will only be hot at certain times so consider what the circuit should be doing.
You also want to inspect ALL fuse blocks: under the hood and under the dash.
