Does anyone know the name of a discontinued children's show that featured live little forest animals ? They had very sweet voice-overs and appeared on perhaps Animal Planet or Discovery channel? (late 1990's?)

I did a little research and found the answer to my own question! The Canadian produced show was called "Once Upon a Hamster" or "Hammy the Hamster". The main characters were not exactly forest animals as I remembered - they were a hamster and a guinea pig. ( Originally, it was called "Tales of the Riverbank." ) The best part is that there is about 10 volumes of the "Hammy the Hamster" available on DVD at Amazon and Half. (Two episodes per DVD.)
