We don't know that for sure. It is an interesting question; I can't help myself out of natural curiosity looking it up and enlightening someone else :) I don't usually assist with homework questions and point that out to the OP if I am sure that is what it is, and they are always quite evident.

tick Just before I wrote my previous post, I did look them up (there were 2 others at that time) and they all (including a Salomon v. Salomon question) seemed like homework to me.
