I've received a summons for a court date in regards to a unsecured credit card debt. I basically have no assets in my name and I signed up with a debt relief company. I live in Hawaii, and I'm unemployed with 4 kids. What can happen to me legally?

If you failed to show they would likely get a default judgement and you'd have even less assets than what you have now. Tell us details about the debt, how long ago did you last make a payment?

The debt relief company is no help for this, and in fact many merely take your money and do little for you, unless they are one of the non proifit groups.
But they will get a judgement if they win and will wait till you get a job or get money in the bank to come after it.
Also you say you have nothing "in your name??" did you move things out of your name, to hide them from the collectors
